The location:

Top located, brand new flat in the south of Vienna with direct underground connection to the centre – in 15 minutes to St. Stephen’s Cathedral and Karlsplatz. The flat is located in a newly built house and has a small garden.

The underground (U1) to the centre and to all important junctions of Vienna is within 2 minutes walking distance. By car, the apartment is very easy to reach from the motorway and the airport.
The nearby parks (Kurpark Oberlaa), green areas and the Vienna thermal baths are also within quick walking distance.
Ideal for couples, families and business travellers.

Immediate surroundings:

Our flat is located in the south of Vienna in the immediate vicinity of the thermal baths, there are also long cycling or walking paths. Perfect for sports activities. In only 5 minutes walking time you can relax in the Therme Wien or explore the spacious Kurpark Oberlaa with its famous Viennese

The flat:

The quiet flat offers space for 4 guests. It has one bedroom and a spacious sofa bed in the living room. For small children, a high chair and a travel cot are available if needed. The kitchen is well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The flat is equipped with a TV with which all streaming services can be consumed. Some streaming services such as Netflix are activated.
 Due to the generous space and equipment, this flat is also suitable for longer stays.

In summer, the small garden invites you to relax in the inner courtyard. Of course, modern insect screens are also installed.

Access for our guests:

The flat is located on the ground floor and can be comfortably accessed barrier-free via the front door or with the lift from the underground car park.

A parking space for your car in the underground garage is included in the price.

Self-check-in is possible with a key box.

Transportation:

The underground (U1, Oberlaa) is a 2-minute walk away. The U1 takes you directly to all important junctions of Vienna – St. Stephen’s Cathedral (station Stephansplatz), Schwedenplatz, Karlsplatz but also the Danube Island can be reached directly with the U1.

By car you can reach us very quickly from the motorway (A2, A3, A4, S1, S21) and from the airport.
